You will find information not only about our business but also – equally important – about our history, company culture and values.

Optimize your chances to get the job
Read the job profile carefully to make sure that you match the qualifications needed. Modify your resume and cover letter to ensure they are mirroring relevant parts of the requirements in the job profile.
In your cover letter, make sure you emphasize why you’re a perfect fit for the position. Don’t make it too long – one page is absolutely sufficient.

We encourage you to attach a picture and/or a video presentation of yourself with your application, but of course that is optional.

Our application process
When we have received your application, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. We will have a look at your application and you can expect to hear from us within the next coming weeks, via e-mail or telephone.

Some positions will have a final application date whereas others will be recruited to on a rolling basis, meaning that there is no final date for applying but that we are closing the process as soon as we find a matching candidate.

When we are working with recruitment partners
Some of our recruitments involve an external recruitment partner (if so, this will be stated in the job profile). They will be the ones you communicate with up until your first meeting with us. After that, it will be either them or us who will contact you regarding next step.

What are our interviews like?
For interviews, you would normally meet with both your line manager and second line manager along the process. Often, HR is involved as well. We put quite some effort into describing the company, the job, our culture and values. Sales recruitment include co-listening to customer in-calls, to understand the full scope of the job. Specialist and leadership recruitments include various exercises and typically two interviews. In addition, we often use psychometrics and ability testing. We always call references.

Our aim is always to make the following process as efficient and quick as possible. However, keep in mind that the lead-time for feedback from a meeting naturally feels a lot longer for you as an applicant.
